*** This is designed to go above the headlight connected to the handle bars. The set up comes with 3 slots on the 1.5" straps and two 3/4" straps that are designed to go around the handle bars or the risers. The 3/4" straps are also long enough to go around the 1.5" straps rather than through the slots, for a more universal fit for a variety of bikes. (Longer and custom mounting straps can be made as well upon request.) ***
